Max Hub ("we", "our") is a personal dashboard and automation tool operated by Matteo Adreani. This policy describes how we handle data when you interact with our services and connected APIs.

• API tokens: OAuth tokens for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) are stored locally and used solely to publish content on behalf of the account owner.
• Content data: Text, images, and metadata for social media posts created through Max Hub.
• Calendar data: Event information accessed via Google Calendar API for scheduling purposes.

3. How we use data

All data is used exclusively to provide automation and publishing services to the account owner. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third parties.

4. Data storage

Data is stored on secure, privately managed infrastructure. API credentials are encrypted and never exposed publicly.

5. Third-party services

Max Hub integrates with Meta (Instagram, Facebook), LinkedIn, and Google APIs. Each platform's own privacy policy governs data processed on their servers.

6. Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Tokens are refreshed periodically and old tokens are discarded.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
